Cancellation Policy
👑 Kaleb’s Krown Microloc Studio Cancellation Policy
At Kaleb’s Krown Microloc Studio, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client to ensure a quality, individualized experience. Because many of our services require a significant amount of time to complete, please review the following cancellation policy before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without a cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service price. The fee will be charged to the card on file.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be considered a No-Show and will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
Any outstanding cancellation or No-Show fees must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked or rescheduled.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Depending on the service and the amount of time remaining, late arrivals may require the service to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled. If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, it may be considered a late cancellation and the 30% cancellation fee may apply.
Deposits: Cancellation and No-Show fees are separate from any deposits required when booking. Any deposit policies associated with a specific service will still apply.
Emergencies: Life happens! In the event of an emergency or exceptional circumstance, please contact the studio as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at the studio's discretion but are not guaranteed.
By booking with Kaleb’s Krown Microloc Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize any applicable cancellation or No-Show fees to be charged to the payment method on file.
